ADTRAV Lands Top 10 Best Places to Work in Birmingham

ADTRAV recently placed in the top 10 Best Places to Work Awards by the Birmingham Business Journal (BBJ) in the large business category! To be considered for the awards, ADTRAV associates participated in a detailed survey process provided by third-party supplier Quantum Workplace. The Best Places to Work program highlights employers that have gone above and beyond to create outstanding workplace environments. Don’t take our word for it, though, we’ll let the numbers speak for themselves!

  1. Engaged Employees – 100% of ADTRAV associates scored as engaged, with 82% scoring as highly engaged!
  2. Benefits – ADTRAV scored a 60 in the benefits category! To put this in perspective, the average score for finalists in the same category was 43.
  3. Total Score – ADTRAV’s total engagement score came in at 90.7! Scores can range from 0-100 with 100 being the best possible score.

ADTRAV is dedicated to ensuring employee engagement and satisfaction and is honored to be recognized by the BBJ and ADTRAV associates for its workplace culture.

Ongoing Employee Engagement Tracking

We don’t rest on our laurels here at ADTRAV. We continually monitor employee engagement and request anonymous honest feedback through semi-annual employee engagement surveys and weekly “pulse” surveys that are sent to a randomized selection of associates.

ADTRAV utilizes CustomInsight, an industry-leading employee survey vendor, to conduct engagement surveys throughout the entire company. In our most recent employee engagement survey, 96% of our associates were shown to be highly engaged and satisfied! This places ADTRAV among the top tier of companies in employee engagement.

Why Employee Engagement Matters

You may be wondering why employee engagement should matter to clients and their travelers. High engagement leads to long-term employee retention (which means domain knowledge is retained and the travel industry and clients are more thoroughly understood), higher employee performance, improved quality of work, and organizational success. It also means ADTRAV can recruit the best talent to our teams, which ultimately leads to higher client satisfaction!

What Our Clients Have to Say

“I continue to find people who shine in your company, who make my work life a little easier and happier. A friendly voice, a friendly line in an email. I can’t say enough. Even when there is a discrepancy, I know it will be forwarded to the next level. I will continue to have a very busy summer catching up from the pandemic, and I know I can continue to count on great people.”

“They all are always extremely professional, accurate, and highly responsive to any of my travel planning needs. They always go the extra mile to make sure everything is just as I need it and communicate well along the way.”
